Dubai’s real estate market set a mind-boggling record after a 42,543 square feet villa in the Dubai Hills community sold for a whopping AED 75 million, making it the most expensive residential property sale in the emirate.
Nestled between the dunes of Al Barsha South in the Dubai Hills community, the Dubai Hills Grove property boasts itself as ‘the most exclusive mansion’ playing host to eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and features an in-house cinema, a large swimming pool alongside scenic views of a golf course, with a backdrop of the JBR skyline.

Despite listing the villa for AED 97 million, Sotheby’s International Realty, the realtors behind the property finalised an AED 75 million bid by a customer, setting the record for the most expensive residential property sale in Dubai.
