Shocking CCTV footage reveals a speeding automobile rammed into a petrol pump’s terminal in Sharjah’s Al Ittihad Road at night, injuring two people.
At 11:44 pm last week, a sedan veered into an exit leading to a petrol pump at Al Ittihad road, and crashed into a fuel terminal with two station attendants running to escape from the crash. The vehicle rammed into the dispenser before turning the motorist turning away, followed by debris hitting the employees.

A few people shared shocking videos and photos from the accident site with damaged car parts and fuel terminal components left all over the station.
Sharjah Police also reveals the two attendants, one Indian and one Filipino, sustained moderate injuries and were taken to the emirate’s Al Qassimi Hospital for treatment. The motorist behind the reckless accident was sentenced to imprisonment and legal action has been taken against him too.
“The Sharjah Police General calls on all vehicle drivers to adhere to the speed limit on the roads and to pay attention while driving, to avoid the occurrence of such accidents and the resulting human and material losses and damages.”
