Check out the infamous moment Sheikh Mohammed rushed to rescue a cyclist

It isn’t very often we get to see the human side of Sheikh Mohammed apart from his rulership duties, but it sure is a big deal when we catch a rare moment. Last January saw the Emir at the Al Salam Championship in Al Qudra, supervising a cycle race until a participant fell onto the ground and injured herself.

Sheikh Mohammed rushed out of his vehicle as his team offered her first aid and he personally approached the participant to check on her health. Check out the heartwarming moment:

It’s worth mentioning Sheikh Mohammed’s son and Crown Prince of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum is an avid cyclist with aplenty of tours to boast of. Here’s one of his adventures exploring Estonia on a bicycle.
